I can most effectively help the individual seeking relaxation away from life's stresses as well as the physically active individual using massage as a complement to their training, to enhance performance and provide relief for muscle soreness. I use therapeutically effective deep tissue techniques, which will provide you with a deeply relaxing experience while at the same time providing you with effective pain relief.

My area of expertise is providing a sport-specific massage for the recreational athlete, competitive athlete and the new-to-fitness individual. My personal background in dance, martial arts, weight training and marathon running as well as education in injury management and
rehabilitation has made me an expert in this area.

However, I don't want you to think I work only with athletes. My extensive training allows me to take your personal needs and preferences into consideration and to create a massage that's just perfect for you.
