Christina Paquette, the founder of Watertown Massage Therapy, is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA. where she now assists in teaching various massage modalities including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and the various techniques involved with muscular therapy.
From the time she was a small child, Christina has had a desire to help others to feel better and to alleviate their pain. This naturally led to an interest in massage therapy. She successfully completed an intensive two year program in massage which involved extensive study of muscular therapy, anatomy and physiology, pathology, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic relationships, practice development, and sports massage.
