I am a recent graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy (94). My specialties include Swedish Massage, Stress Reduction/Relaxation Massage, Clinical Massage, BMT to aid in increasing a client's ROM, and Trigger Point Therapy.
My community outreach work includes the following:
1)Northwestern Memorial Hospital Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Care Center, Chicago,IL-working with cancer patients in cooperation with their oncologists, patients families, and staff.
2)Wellness House, Hinsdale, IL - working with clients who have either survived cancer or those who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, in cooperation with their primary physicians or oncologists.
3)The Chicago Marathon in cooperation with The Chicago School of Massage Therapy.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to mentor under renowned reflexologist Larry Clemmons (CSMT-4) and NCTM Dee Haun (CSMT-11). I have also been fortunate enough to have experienced first hand working with them both including the following excellent CSMT graduates: Katy Knowles, Fran Ahern, Frank Newsom, and Shelly Wells.
My studies and technical experience were largely enhanced by instructors; Bobbe Bermann, Jillian Kelly, Earl Connor, Pierre DeBar, Patricia Vater, Christopher Alvarado, Carol Porter, Terry Visovatti, Bob King, Amanda Respess (in the order happily and thankfully received)
I have a growing number of private clients who I now work with on a regular basis.
