Benem's Body Works
The focus of my practice is women in transition. This is everything from pre-puberty girls, helping them through body changes, through pregnancy, delivery and postpartum; running right into midlife challenges with children, self discovery and role changes; onto menopause with all the physical and emotional issues related.
I offer Swedish relaxation and therapeutic, Reiki, Sports massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Tragger, Trigger point, and Breathwork.
