As a graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA, I was privileged to receive training of the highest standards in both the academics and technique of massage therapy. I continue to expand my understanding of the human body and its response to touch through advance studies in Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy Massage.
As a professional modern dancer, I discovered massage and bodywork addressed my body’s need to heal quickly and completely from various injuries. With a love of and respect for the human body, the medical field attracted me. I have worked as a Health Care Associate in women’s health care. I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and an EMT instructor.
As a massage therapist, I approach the human body with the belief that relieving pain and stress allows the opportunity for healing and improved health. I specialze in Deep Tissue Massage (Myofascial Release & Neuromuscular Technique). I use these techniques to release patterns of tension thus enabling freedom of movement and areturn to ahealthy posture.
