Alex welcomes pregnant women and their partners to her massage practice, as well as anyone wanting to experience the healing benefits of massage. She creates a calm peaceful environment and a massage that is personalized to meet the client's particular needs, whether that be discomfort associated with pregnancy or chronic pain and stress-related tension.
Alex received her training at the Brenneke School of Massage and is a Traditional Usui Second Level Reiki practitioner. She is certified in prenatal and postnatal massage, having completed Kate Jordan's Bodywork for the Childbearing Year®. She also works as an instructor for ongoing Bodywork for the Childbearing Year workshops.
Alex has a private practice in Seattle's Capitol Hill and clients for prenatal and postnatal massage, infant massage classes and relaxation and injury treatment massage.
