As a yoga teacher, personal trainer and athlete, Kristin's work encompasses an educated, caring approach to the client's body. Spending time in the first session discussing the client's life activities, and any injuries or challenges, Kristin creates sessions tailored to individual client needs, and works with the client to find the key. Her treatments are designed to create deep relaxation and relief on the table. Clients also leave with suggestions and exercises designed to help continue that sense of well being between treatments.
