Cortiva Institute - Florida is located on
Florida's Suncoast, a popular vacation destination, and rightly so. We
enjoy the mildest of winters, beautiful sunny days, white sandy beaches
and gorgeous sunsets.
Our facility is located in Pinellas Park, nestled between the Gulf of
Mexico and Tampa Bay. We feel truly blessed to have such a centralized
location.
From Tampa:
Take 275 South over the Howard Franklin Bridge. Use exit 28 (SR-694 W)
to Pinellas Park. The exit ramp merges with Gandy Blvd N. Continue on
Gandy Blvd (which becomes Park. Blvd.) and as it crosses over US 19 (aka
SR-55) stay in the right hand lane. Cortiva Institute - Florida is a half
a block up on the right side.
From St. Petersburg:
Take 275 North to exit 28 (SR-694) to Pinellas Park/Seminole. Stay in
the left hand lane on the off-ramp and make a left at the traffic light,
heading west on Gandy Blvd. Continue west on Gandy Blvd. (which becomes
Park. Blvd.) and as it crosses over US 19 (aka SR-55) stay in the right
hand lane. Cortiva Institute - Florida is
a half a block up on the right side.
From Clearwater (or all points North):
Take Gulf to Bay (SR-60) east to US 19 (SR-55). Turn right onto US 19.
From US 19 turn right onto Park Blvd. The entrance ramp becomes the right
lane for Park Blvd. Cortiva Institute - Florida
is a half a block up on the right side.
From Sarasota (or all points South):
Take 275 North to exit 28 (SR-694) to Pinellas Park/Seminole. Stay in
the left hand lane on the off-ramp and make a left at the traffic light,
