Letter from the Campus President
Welcome to Cortiva Institute – Scottsdale, School of Massage Therapy.
Our commitment is to provide an exceptional training program that enables
our graduates to help and facilitate the healing process of people in
any area of the bodywork industry. Through our professional
massage therapy programs,
our students gain an understanding and appreciation for serving
human beings through touch. They become competent in the application of
a variety of hands-on techniques, giving them confidence to work with
any client that comes their way. They are trained to speak effectively
about the benefits of bodywork expanding the possibilities of healing
for future clients. Between the classroom hours of hands-on practice and
experience working on the public in our clinical internship, our graduates
are ready to begin their professional career.
Through the excellent education we offer and from our committed faculty,
our students also learn the secret that all massage therapists know. They
learn that every time they touch someone with their trained and caring
hands and compassionate heart, they make a difference. There is not one
person out there who will not benefit from their skilled hands.
Massage therapy is a wonderful profession. It is a profession that is
beneficial to both the therapist and client. It is work that one can truly
love and work that gives one energy. It can be a rich adventure into self-growth
and personal development. I am always honored and amazed as I watch my
students grow during their educational program, graduate with pride and
knowledge and start a life long path of sharing their gifts through touch.
