Scheduling a Clinic Massage: The next clinic cycle begins January 10th, and we will begin scheduling appointments on January 7th. To set an appointment, select several times that work for you (clinic calendar online), or call the hotline at 206.382.0765 if you would like to receive a list of clinic hours by postal mail, leave us a voice mail with your contact information. We have afternoon, evening and weekend appointments available. Several massages are available at each scheduled time, but they fill up fast, so having alternates ready helps ensure a time will be available that works for you if your first choice is not available. You may book massages for yourself and one other person if you wish and you may request a particular student.
Call our clinic at 206.382.0765 with your requests. Voice mail is available when we are on the phone and at all other times so that you may leave a message. We schedule appointments in the order the messages are received, so don�t worry if you don�t get a receptionist when you first call. We will call you back to confirm your appointments.
A friendly reminder: Once we open scheduling, appointments fill up fast. We recommend booking early for the best selection of appointment times. Email delivery is not guaranteed so do NOT use email for scheduling, or especially for canceling appointments!
Cancellation Policy: It is important that you keep your appointment. Our students depend upon their clinic massage hours for graduation. If you must cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice in order to fill your appointment time. We will bill $40 for late cancellations (less than 24-hours notice) or those who "no-show" for their appointment (Please note: you are considered a "no-show" if you are more than 15 minutes late). You have the option of sending a friend in your place to avoid being charged.
A Few Details: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief intake form. The cost is $40 per massage. We are only able to accept cash or check for payment. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any minors between 15 and 18 years of age. Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 15.
