I have committed myself to restoring health and educating individuals who are looking for a comprehensive plan to living with a healthy mind and body. I incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue bodywork, and myofascial and friction therapies into my treatment sessions. Muscular therapy treats a variety of pain, injury, body sensitivity and muscle tension issues. It is a unique blend of massage techniques relating to each muscle group in the body.
Orthopedic Massage Therapy is advanced training in the assessment and treatment of soft-tissue injury pain and dysfunction. It is a comprehensive approach to the healing of numerous conditions previously treated only with conventional methods. I am dedicated to inspire and positively influence the community to achieve and maintain an enjoyable mind and body by educating and acting as a role model.
