I am a massage therapist and an acupuncturist. As a massage therapist, I utilize Myofascial Release techniques, Trigger Point work, Swedish, and some Cranial work. I am able to incorporate acupuncture and massage therapy into a session when I find the combination to be the most beneficial to the client.
I work with clients who have pain and/or discomfort from sports trauma, accidents, repetitive strain injuries, and stress. Underlying causes of pain and/or constitutional issues may also be addressed using acupuncture and herbs based on the diagnostic tools of Chinese Medicine. In my practice I also look at diet and lifestyle as an important part of the healing process.
